The Tap&Go application streamlines the ticket booking process by allowing users to select their starting point, destination, trip date, and preferred timing. Payments can be conveniently completed using mobile money, resulting in the immediate generation of tickets embedded with QR codes for scanning at designated bus entry points.

A notable feature of Tap&Go is its offline ticket capability, which allows users to access purchased tickets even without an internet connection. Furthermore, users can add and manage multiple Tap&Go cards within the app, enabling them to track balances, view transaction history, and recharge their accounts through mobile money seamlessly.
